Simple Steps For Health is an initiative sponsored by TuDiabetes and Diabetes Daily, two online diabetes communities.

Its life-changing goal is to promote small things that someone with diabetes can do to live a healthy life. We invite you to teach others how to take simple steps to improve their health - without spending a lot of money or time.

How do I participate in Simple Steps For Health?

Post Your Idea

You need to be a member of either TuDiabetes or DiabetesDaily to participate.

  • TuDiabetes Members. Sign up and submit your entry as a new discussion topic on this page.
  • Diabetes Daily Members Sign up and submit your entry as a new discussion on this page.

Your Submission can be text, photo or video-based, as long as it is small: no more than 1,000 characters, 1 or 2 photos or 1-minute long videos.

Submit Your Idea to Be Voted On

If you want to have your submission voted on by others, add a link to it at simplesteps.uservoice.com. Make sure to include a title, a 1-2 sentence long description, and a link back to the entry on TuDiabetes or Diabetes Daily.

When can I post my submission or vote for submissions made by others?

The Submission Period begins on April 1, 2009 at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), and ends on April 30, 2009 at 11:59 PM PT.
